The upcoming Monthly Club Meeting will be held at the German Austrian Australian Club.

The address is 5 McFarland Rd, Wodonga VIC 3690. Google Map Reference.

The meeting will start sharp at 7.30 pm however, we encourage members to attend prior to enjoy an evening meal in support of the GAA.

Meals and drinks are available from 6 pm and are a great way to socialize with fellow members.

We welcome any new or interested people to attend.

We will have our membership officer in attendance to help you with your enquires along with many members who are more than willing to offer a chat.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AGENDA

METTING TO BE HELD MARCH 28th 2023 at 7.30pm (either before or after general meeting)

  1. ATTENDANCE & APOLOGIES (all financial Club member in attendance need to be recorded, only members financial prior to the date of the AGM are eligible to vote or hold Committee positions)

 

  1. CONFIRMATION OF 2022 AGM MINUTES 

 

  1. REPORTS TO MEMBERS for 2022 years activities of AWMEC
    1.  Presidents Report
    2. Treasurers Report
    3. Membership Officers Report

 

  1. CONFIRMATION OF FEES – The Committee proposes that the Annual Membership Fee remains at $40 and the Joining Fee remains at $40

 

  1. ELECTION OF COMMITTEE, OFFICE BEARERS & SUB COMMITTEES 
    1. COMMITTEE (the current Committee will stand down & all positions declared vacant)

Ordinary Members – Additional Office Bearer Committee Positions

NOTE- Members of the Executive may also be elected to fill one of the above Additional Office Bearer positions in which case that position would be deemed to be filled and not require an additional Ordinary Committee Member to fill that position for that year.

    1. NSW Machine examiners (minimum two positions, preferably three)
    2. Vic Roads Permits Officer (one position as stipulated by Vic Roads) plus one additional examiner
