The Members Agenda question was asked at the May meeting on how to “Touch up Chipped Paint on Alloys”
We had some great responses.
A quick and easy one was to simply use Nail Polish.
The other suggestion was from Col at Twin City Bike Worx;-
Buy a tin of VHT Engine Enamel Paint Satin Black and spray a small amount into a plastic cap. Use a small hobby brush to transfer the paint onto the chipped area. The secret is only to apply a very thin layer at a time. Repeat and repeat and repeat to build the layer up. Thus job is now done.
