2023 Christmas Report

Dear AWMEC Members,

As the holiday season revs up, I wanted to take a moment to wish each and every one of you a wheelie awesome Christmas and a throttle-twisting New Year! May your days be filled with the joy of the open road, the warmth of friendship, and the excitement of new adventures.

Before we get too wrapped up in tinsel and trimmings, let’s remember to keep safety at the forefront of our rides. Here are a few road safety tips to ensure that our festive season stays merry and bright:

1. Check your ride twice before hitting the road – just like Santa checking his list.
2. Stay visible – Rudolph’s nose has nothing on your bike lights!
3. Dress for the slide, not the eggnog party – gear up for safety.
4. Don’t let the joy of the season distract you – focus on the road like a hawk eyeing its prey.
5. Remember, it’s all fun and games until Santa checks the naughty list. So, in the spirit of mischief and merriment, here’s a motorcycle joke to keep our spirits high:

Why don’t motorcycles ever tell lies?
Because they’re two-tyred to make things up!

And here’s a quote to keep in mind when you’re cruising around:

“Ride as if the cops are chasing you… but do it within the speed limit!” – Unknown

Our recent Christmas Party has a great success with all members enjoying a wonderful cooked Christmas Buffet at ‘The Venue’. Lee our host pulled out all the stuffings! ha! Here is a small montage of photos from the day.

As we gear up for the holidays, let’s ride responsibly, celebrate joyfully, and spread the cheer of the season. Wishing you all safe travels, thrilling rides, and a Christmas filled with laughter and love.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Rev your engines and jingle all the way,
