How to renew your membership.

It is that time of the year starting from October until December, where we require all members to renew their membership.

The annual fee remains at $40 per member and is payable before the deadline of 31st December 2024. 

THIS YEAR YOU MUST FILL OUT A RENEWAL FORM with your payment. Click the ‘Download Renewal Form’ link below to print out your form.

Please don’t jeopardise your Rego or Insurance by not making the deadline of 31st December 2024.

The best way you can make your payment is via Direct Deposit;-

  • Via direct deposit to the AWMEC Hume Bank Account ;
    BSB: 640 000 and Account number: 111223838
    Please use your Surname as a reference on the transfer funds of $40
  • The other option would be to contact our Membership Office for other payment options. Email to membership@awmec.com.au.

You will receive a confirmation from the Membership Officer. 

Members Membership Cards will be available for collection at a Members General Meeting held on the 4th Tuesday of each month (except December).

PLEASE NOTE  

• If a member’s fees are not paid by January 1st, they are non-financial and will be unregistered if riding or driving a club-plated vehicle. 

• The grace period for membership fee renewals expires on March 31st; if fees are not received by that date, membership ceases and a new application form, joining fee & membership fee will be required to re-join the club. Renewal Form
