Our AGM is fast approaching and I must Officially Announce the AGM and send the Agenda no less than 3 Weeks in advance. ​

1 item that I need to address ASAP that will require your reply ASAP.

I would like to put forth the motion;-

CONFIRMATION OF FEES – The Committee proposes that the Annual Membership Fee remains at $40 and the Joining Fee remains at $40.

May I ask for your vote of YES ?  – Or if there are any concerns to not go-ahead with this motion?
