A big thank you goes to Phil and David for their efforts in drafting together the changes to the Club’s Policies and Rules.
The required changes have come about from the Participation Rule proposal at our last Members Meeting ( 2024-02-27 ) where the vast majority of members have voted in favor of the changes.
I present to you the updates and ask for you to review.

Short version;-
In the Club’s Rules – Preamble added notation referring to the rule and the new policy replacing the rule. Effective 28th Feb 2024.
In the Club’s Rules – 1. Club Participation Participation Rule 1 is removed and added notation referring to new policy.
In the Club’s Policy – 1.2 Club Participation as the New Policy to do what was outlined in the motion & preamble i.e. to encourage member participation in club events (but not compel)
In the Club’s Policy – Small tidy up on 3.5 – To remove the reference ‘Wicked Virgin’
